If you had complete control over the decor in Rook's room at the lighthouse, what would it look like? What kind of items and decorations would you find in their room? Would they get a real bed, or just keep sleeping on that sad little couch we get in-game?
Bonus question: If they could choose their "spot" literally anywhere in or around the lighthouse, would they hunker down somewhere else?
So I've got 2 Rooks at the moment, Alvaro Laidir (Trevelyan, brother of Tanith Trevelyan Rutherford, the Inquisitor) and Alyssana Campana "de Riva" (cousin to the Inquisitor Atishavir Lavellan & an Orlesian Bard married to a loosely semi-ex-Crow).
Alvaro likes the mediation room, but he'd probably add curtains to the aquarium windows and get a different bed, one he'd shove against a wall, most likely, or something. He's an ex-Templar, before he joined the Lords of Fortune when reconnecting with his (& Tanith's) maternal roots in Rivain, so having a wall at his back feels like safety. Plus ship bunks are pretty similar in that regard.
Decor wise, he's got a Templar ritual kit in his personal effects, no lyrium though, among other mementos and items of interest, including treasures from his tenure as Lord of Fortune.
Alyssana, on the other hand, is an Orlesian Bard moonlighting cooperatively with the Antivan Crows in pursuit of Solas & to strive for Antivan freedom from the Antaam. In the Lighthouse, her favorite room is the music room and she can be found there most of the time. She'd likely clear it out of the detritus against the walls, most of it, and repurpose it as her bedroom as well, setting up an actual bed and room screens to provide nominal privacy. She loves the light streaming through the windows and definitely plays the piano or elven bass in there to pass the time or help her think.
